Getting to Know the Grapes

I think that education – knowledge of the grapes – is the key to enjoying wine more. The more you know about the grapes, the more you can appreciate the wine. This knowledge can also help with matching the wine with food. Pairing wine with food is very subjective, because most of the time the preference for the type of wine will determine the pairing.
