GC Cuisine is an up-scale Deli/Catering/Chef service that is designed
for companies or individuals that want high quality food for meetings,
special events or individual families. We provide delicious, wholesome
food expertly prepared that can be delivered or sold at the deli.
Our Deli is open Monday through Friday, 10 am to 7 pm and Saturday 10
am to 3 pm and is located at 1230 University Drive in Edwardsville,
Illinois on Route 157 by the intersection of University Drive. Customers
can come in and pick up lunches or dinners for one or many. Lunches are
available by approximately 11:00 and dinners by 4:00. We offer a wide
variety of foods daily including vegetarian dishes. We change our menu
daily to take advantage of foods in season so getting tired is the same
old thing at our deli is never a problem.
We carry everything you need for a complete meal including entrees; side
dishes including vegetables, fruits, rice dishes; breads, milk, soda and
other drinks, wine and desserts. You can even special order sandwiches
from our kitchen. If you would like a special dessert for dinner or a
dish to take to the party tonight, just give us a call. We would be happy
to help you out.
